May 4, 2012 Starburst Herefords Spring Turnout AGAIN

In Aberdeenshire, Scotland, In spite of below seasonal temperatures and expected temperatures at night below freezing, some of the Starburst Herefords and Shorthorns have yet once again been turned out on the lush organic grass.  The first turnout was back in March when unseasonably warm weather lured us into thinking we had an early spring.  However, April was full of cool showers and the cattle came back in  to our cozy cattle courts for another month until today. Hopefully, this is the for real turnout of the year.Image
